Entr Tech
Entr Tech’s brand had been assembled the way most bootstrapped businesses build theirs. Some AI-generated assets. A freelancer for the website. A different freelancer for emails. Another for social. The result was a visual identity that felt inconsistent and gave potential students no reason to trust that this was a serious investment.
Overview
Jack Rogers sold enterprise software for years, made global MVP and ran teams at director level across two continents. He launched Entr Tech to help people break into tech sales, and the bootcamp worked: the people who finished it got results. The systems around it were failing. We ran deep strategy sessions, then rebuilt the funnel, the email infrastructure and the content operation.
Challenge
Jack had assembled the brand in pieces. Some AI-generated assets, a freelancer for the website, a different one for email, another for social. A prospective student saw an inconsistent identity and no reason to treat the course as a serious investment.
The infrastructure underneath had worse problems. The funnel carried no segmentation, so Jack sent each lead the same journey and could not see who wanted what. Around 70% of his emails landed in spam. Of the 30% that arrived, some campaigns saw a 12% open rate and 0.1% clicks. People who had asked to hear from Entr Tech received nothing, and Jack watched revenue slow without knowing why.
Outcome
Delivery went from around 30% to 99.6%, and opens from 12% to 45%. Clicks on targeted emails rose from 0.1% to 4.5%. Jack ran his largest Black Friday cohort to date.
He can now see where each lead sits and what they want before he picks up the phone. Pre-sale assets qualify prospects, so calls start closer to a close. He holds twelve months of email content, a social calendar, ad scripts and a 2026 plan, which means he no longer writes everything himself.
"The backend is sorted. The assets are there. Now I can focus on what I actually do best: creating content and closing deals."
Jack Rogers, Founder, Entr Tech
